Kristie Cobb is a business analyst with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, dedicated to empowering patients and caregivers with access to quality data for informed healthcare decisions. Kristie is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Agile Product Owner/Product Manager (PO/PM) and brings a wealth of expertise to her role.

Before joining Lantana, Kristie supported various programs under the Hospital Quality Reporting (HQR) contract with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Her work primarily focused on the submission and validation of healthcare facility data, including calculations and public reporting within an Agile framework.

At Lantana, Kristie serves as Project Director for the CMS Coordination of Quality and Public Reporting Programs and Website (QPRPW) program. In this role, she oversees the Care Compare and Provider Data Catalog (PDC) websites, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and usability. Additionally, she acts as Agile Program Manager within the Tech Solutions Division for the NHSN Link project, further contributing to the improvement of healthcare data accessibility.
